Services

  • Individual Therapy & Assessment

This is the best option for those who want a one-on-one therapeutic relationship. I use a combination of techniques known to help individuals with vestibular disorders, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I may use psychological assessment tools, when indicated, to determine the best ways to support your mental health.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy is a unique setting where individuals with vestibular disorders will have the opportunity to participate in a therapeutic process together. This includes evidence-based education and skills-building exercises from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). You will also have the opportunity to connect with other vestibular warriors.

  • Vestibular Roadmap Consultation

A vestibular roadmap consultation with me is a great option for those who do not want an ongoing therapeutic relationship but are looking for someone to help them assemble a step-by-step map of who to see next for treatment. I will do a thorough evaluation of your mental health as it relates to your vestibular disorder and give you concrete steps to further your recovery.
